specifications -I will have a professional sign placed quickly on your
property, as well as run advertisements and hold open houses in order to
obtain buyers -I will keep in contact with you as to the status of your
listing, as well as walk through the entire process with you -I will respect your privacy with showing notice only and/or
prior appointment -I will assist you in your search for a new home anywhere in
the world through our International Relocation Service -I will keep in contact after the sale and gladly accept any referrals For the Purchase of Your Home -I will assist you in determining what mortgage amount you
would qualify for -I will perform exhaustive searches for homes matching your
specific criteria -I will show you homes in any area which you are interested -I will prepare and explain necessary contracts -I will do the negotiating for you keeping your best interest
as first priority -I will step you through the entire sales process, following up
constantly, to assure all phases of the transaction are progressing
smoothly -I will explain closing procedures and assist you with any additional details -I
